Will it fit?

This is the question we're asked most, and it's the one worth asking before you order rather than after. Send us the room measurements and we'll tell you what works — including when a smaller or cheaper piece is the better answer.

Useful things to mention:

• The room dimensions, and which wall the piece would stand against.
• The clear wall run between obstructions — radiators, doorways, skirting.
• For dining tables, how many people you actually seat on a normal day.
• Your access route: front door width, hallway width, and any turn on the stairs.
