What makes Soriana Sofa special
What it is made of
Soriana style pieces are foam-padded bodies wrapped in a single envelope of velvet, bouclé or chenille, with a button-quilted seat and back. The wrapped shape is held in place by metal clamps that are part of the design.
Its strengths
The seat is deep, low and generously padded, made for settling into, and the rolled back gives real support. The wrapped design has no hard frame showing, so it looks soft from every side.
How it lives and ages
The padding softens with use and the fabric develops a relaxed, lived-in look. Velvet shows a gentle pile change where it is used most; bouclé and chenille hide everyday wear well.
Caring for it
Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away without rubbing. Plump the cushions by hand now and then, and keep the piece out of strong, direct sunlight and away from radiators.
