+Every product page lists the real dimensions in centimetres, and the weight and load rating where the manufacturer states them. For dining tables, allow a metre of clearance on every side you intend to seat. For hallway furniture, leave at least 75cm of walking width. Email us the room measurements and we will tell you.

+No. It is a Barcelona style chair, inspired by the 1929 design, and is not made by or affiliated with Knoll. Each product page states what it is made of and gives its real dimensions.

+A flat £95 within the UK, or a flat £299 for international orders — shown automatically in your own currency at checkout. Larger items are delivered on a pallet at ground level, and the product page says so where that applies.

+Every piece is made to order, so orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. Our returns policy has the full details.

+Because the material decides how a piece ages, how it feels, and what it costs to live with. A solid leather or timber frame can be looked after for decades; a printed effect cannot. Sorting by room hides that; sorting by material puts it first.

+We do not offer an assembly service, but many pieces arrive fully assembled and every product page says which. Where assembly is required, fixings and instructions are supplied.

+No. We do not hold finished furniture: every piece is made to order for you, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
