A Barcelona style chair that keeps the crossed steel frame and swaps the buttons for deep ribs. The result is a little looser and more lived-in, and it suits a living room, a study or a reception area equally well.
It looks good from every side, so let it stand clear of the wall. A wool rug and a linen throw soften the steel and leather nicely.

Where a ribbed lounge chair works best
Give it space
The frame is open from every side, so it works best standing clear of the wall, at an angle to a sofa or alone in a study.
Pair it with something soft
A wool rug, a linen throw or a plant takes the edge off the steel and leather.
A relaxed take on a modern classic
A ribbed leather lounge chair on a crossed steel frame, in brown or black.
